Welcome! The purpose of our house rules is to ensure each guest has an amazing stay. We work hard to take care of our home, and we need your help to continue hosting many guests like you! Without further ado, here are our house rules:
- Occupancy Limits: The maximum number of guests allowed to stay overnight is 6. This includes both adults and children. Additional visitors beyond this limit must be approved in advance and may incur extra charges. Exceeding the occupancy limit without prior approval may result in termination of the rental agreement
- Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. During this time, please keep noise levels low, including conversations and outdoor activities, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents and neighbors.
- Pet Cleanup: Guests with pets are responsible for promptly cleaning up after their animals. Please dispose of pet waste and ensure the surrounding areas are kept clean. Failure to comply may result in additional cleaning fees.
- Please take out the trash regularly.
- Please inform the host of any damages during your stay. Damages may include stained linens and stains or spills on upholstery.
- We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay or any items left behind after check-out. Lock all doors in the house and your vehicles in the parking areas to protect your belongings.
- We utilize an outdoor camera positioned in the driveway that only captures individuals entering and exiting the property.
